## **The role**

### About your future daily life

Joining our team in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris means joining a specialized structure where every file is a unique creation. As an **Experienced** Travel Agent (M/F), you will manage **complex** travel projects for a **demanding** clientele (**VIP individuals**, executives, **high-end** clientele). You do not sell catalog products: you design **personalized** itineraries and guarantee total peace of mind for your clients, from the sketch of their project until their return. Your missions in detail: **VIP** Client **Relationship** & Consulting:

- Analyze the **precise** expectations of your clients to co-construct projects **adapted** to their travel habits.
- Act as an **expert** advisor (**recommendations** for **destinations**, **confidential addresses**, **formalities**).

### Custom Design & Assembly

- Design complete packages: **high-end** hotel reservations, private transfers, **concierge services**, and specific services.
- Issue and manage complex **ticketing** (air and rail specifics).

### End-to-end file management (The "Swiss Army Knife" role)

- Follow the **entire** booking cycle and associated administrative management.
- Anticipate logistical **unforeseen events** and react quickly to provide immediate **solutions** in case of trip modifications.
- Optimize the use of our internal tools, notably the SBT Goelett.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### To succeed fully in this role, you possess the following technical and interpersonal skills

Required diploma: **BTS** Tourism (BAC +2). At least 3 years of seniority in a similar position, ideally in the **custom-made** or business/high-end travel sector. Technical mastery:

- Perfect ease with **ticketing** and **GDS** / reservation systems
- Practical knowledge of SBT Goelett is a directly valuable asset.
- Operational know-how
- Professional **English**. - **AMADEUS**. Rigor in execution, autonomy, and ability to manage several files in parallel. Sense of discretion, active listening, and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
