As part of the development of its activity, our client, a key player in the sector, is expanding its teams and is looking for its future **Experienced Business Travel Agent.** Based in Rueil-Malmaison, this CDI position combines technical expertise, a sense of service, and flexibility (hybrid rhythm). Your daily life: The art of bespoke service from A to Z, as an **expert**, you manage your clients' professional trips from start to finish, in both French and **English**. ### Your main missions Reservation management: Handle complex requests (individual and/or group): bookings, modifications, and cancellations. Advice & Pricing: Optimize costs and propose the best transport/accommodation solutions in perfect compliance with your clients' travel policy (PVE). Issuance & Complex operations: Ensure pricing, issuance, and tracking of tickets autonomously. Customer relationship management: Ensure impeccable quality monitoring, manage unforeseen events (strikes, delays), and resolve disputes with responsiveness. Monitoring & Reporting: Track files, report incidents, and use the panel of referenced suppliers. The profile sought: A **GDS pro-**You have proven experience in business ticketing. Reservation tools (**Amadeus)** hold no secrets for you **You speak English (essential for managing international clients).** You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to manage emergencies with a smile. What our client offers you: Work environment: Modern offices in Rueil-Malmaison. Flexibility: A hybrid formula with 2 days of remote work per week (after validation of the trial period). Hours: Monday to Friday on a 35h basis, on a rotation (e.g., 1 week out of 2), range 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekend work! You master the **GDS AMADEUS** software. You have a **fluent command of English.** You have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and a concern for providing solutions.
