## **The role**

### Reporting to the Sector Manager, your missions will be

- Welcome, advise, and guide customers
- **Support and loyalty:** Identify customer needs, argue for products, and propose complementary sales to ensure satisfaction.
- **Follow-up and service:** Ensure order tracking and provide active assistance with loading purchases.
- **Rayon attractiveness:** Maintain an impeccable presentation by cleaning equipment, respecting merchandising plans, and regularly performing facing.
- **Stock and price management:** Ensure shelf replenishment (preventing stockouts) and guarantee clear, practical, and legally compliant price labeling (ILV, PLV, loyalty).
- **Compliance with standards:** Strictly apply safety instructions, risk prevention procedures, and ensure the safety of customers and employees at the point of sale.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Coming from a commercial or technical background, you have at least **3/4 years of experience as a confirmed salesperson in sanitary and/or plumbing.**

You are recognized for your sense of customer service, your versatility, and your results-oriented mindset.

Finally, you want to join a family structure and contribute fully to achieving common goals. You enjoy working in a team, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are organized.
