## **The role**

Within the Grand Est Regional Delegation, **your role will be to facilitate access to the AGEFIPH service offer**.

- **Welcome, inform and advise** partners, beneficiaries and service providers

Incoming and outgoing calls, physical reception, assistance with the use of online services...

Redirect to the right internal or external resources/contacts.

Participate in trade fairs/forums, manage information and awareness stands.

- Manage and process administrative files for financial aid applications. Verify the completeness of files and the validity of documents, analyze compliance, enter data, monitor the financial follow-up of the project by carrying out the necessary reminders, manage archiving, collaborate in anti-fraud actions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### To succeed in this position you must

- be rigorous and organized
- know how to adapt to various interlocutors, with a real sense of service and a collaborative/facilitator spirit

**Graduate with a Bac + 2** (*ideally BTS SP3S, but also BTS Management Assistant or Commercial Action),*

you have a **first successful experience** (including work-study) in a position of *Customer Advisor, Back Office Manager or Administrative Assistant* in the **service sector** (*personal services, medico-social, employment and training, mutual insurance*...).
