## **The role**

### Missions

- Personalized individual reception
- Facilitation of group workshops
- Assistance in setting up actions for exposure to the labor market
- Identification and analysis of skills
- Definition and validation of the professional project
- Co-construction and monitoring of the action plan
- Conducting a review interview
- Regular and rigorous reporting of your activity
- Prospecting and relationship management with companies in your territory
- Placement of the beneficiary in sustainable employment

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile

- You possess skills acquired through professional experience in supporting people looking for work.
- You hold a CIP qualification or can justify at least 1 year of experience in supporting and placing the public in employment.
- Ideally, you have experience in HR/Temp agencies in job placement.
- You have good analytical skills, you are responsive, caring, and proactive in order to implement personalized support for your beneficiaries.

### Job conditions

- Remuneration of 2058€ gross / month.
- 4-month fixed-term contract (from 06/11/2025 to 08/02/2026) 36h / week;
- Location: Choisy-le-Roi;
- Benefits: 6 RTT days / year, lunch card, discounts via the CSE, internal mobility within the Actual group via the job board, equipment (computer and mobile phone)
