## **The role**

**At the heart of a showroom dedicated to the world of tiles, you are the privileged contact for customers and accompany them in the realization of their projects.**

From **discovering the need to choosing products**, you provide your advice and expertise to propose solutions that are aesthetic, technical, and adapted to the customer's budget.

### Your main missions

- **Welcome and accompany professional and private customers in their projects.**
- **Advise on the choice of tiles, formats, materials, colors, and technical solutions** according to needs and trends.
- **Design projects** by proposing product combinations and solutions adapted to the universe sought by the customer.
- **Develop sales and ensure commercial follow-up of projects.**
- **Prepare quotes, orders, delivery notes, and ensure the follow-up of customer files.**
- **Manage and monitor supplier orders** to ensure product availability.
- **Ensure the presentation, attractiveness, and enhancement of the showroom,** by participating in its renewal and commercial animation.
- **Contribute to the development of customer relations and customer loyalty.**

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a Bac to Bac+2 level education in commerce, you have a **first successful experience in sales**, ideally in an environment related to construction, interior design, decoration, or materials.

You enjoy **understanding a customer's expectations, providing them with ideas, and accompanying them in a project that is sometimes very personal.**

You are comfortable with **technical products and have a real sensitivity for decoration, materials, colors, and trends.**

Your **sense of service**, your **listening skills**, and your ability to **create a relationship of trust** will be your best assets to succeed in this position.

Sedentary position with a CDI, based in Savigneux.
