## **The role**

Renowned Parisian house, recognized for its high standards, creativity, and exceptional artisanal know-how in the world of luxury leather goods. Rooted in a rich history and driven by a vision, the House cultivates excellence in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a personalized, lasting customer relationship.

Reporting to the **Store Manager**, you will work in a **luxury environment**, within a **high-visibility** boutique, welcoming a **demanding local** and **international clientele**.

### Your missions

**Sales & Performance:** Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying cross-selling opportunities.

**Customer Experience:** Offer personalized welcome and service to a local and international clientele to build lasting relationships.

**Brand Ambassador:** Embody the brand image, share the House's history, and present collections with passion.

**Product Expertise:** Guide customers through the range by highlighting craftsmanship and distinctive details.

**Operations & Visual:** Participate in merchandising management (display) and collaborate with boutique and back-office teams.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- **Education & Background:** You have a higher education degree (Bac+2) and a proven track record in **selling high-end and/or luxury products**.
- **Soft Skills:** As an ambassador of the House, you demonstrate agility, enthusiasm, and a natural sensitivity for exceptional products.
- **Skills:** Bilingual **French/English**, ideally you master an additional language.
