## **The role**

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will hold a central position in **welcoming, advising, and ensuring the satisfaction of a clientele composed of building professionals and private individuals.**

### In this capacity, your main missions are as follows

- **Welcome, advise, and guide customers** at the counter and in the showroom, providing technical advice adapted to their needs.  
  **Make sales, prepare quotes,** record orders, and issue delivery notes.
- **Ensure the follow-up of customer and supplier orders**, in connection with internal teams.
- **Ensure the proper maintenance of your sales area and showroom:** shelf stocking, product presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
- Actively contribute to **customer satisfaction and loyalty** through quality service and a lasting relationship of trust.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a commercial education level of **Bac to Bac +2,** you have successful experience in a **commercial**-oriented position, ideally in materials trading, construction, or specialized distribution.

Recognized for your **sense of service, curiosity, and listening skills,** you enjoy selling technical products and customer contact.  
**Your rigor, team spirit, and interpersonal skills** will be essential assets for success in this position.
