## **The role**

### Reporting to the branch management, **your missions are as follows:**

- Meet your clients, identify their needs, and create a climate of trust, particularly by relying on our values: *proximity, commitment, and quality*
- Propose adequate and personalized solutions in terms of monetary savings, insurance credits, and services
- Develop and retain your client portfolio through a proactive approach
- Ensure the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of financing files (real estate, consumer, etc.) with complete autonomy
- Manage and analyze risks on a daily basis
- Work in synergy with the bank's experts to meet all your clients' needs

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

- Minimum Bac +2 education
- First successful experience in portfolio management in banking/or insurance
- True sense of relationship and service & taste for commercial challenge
- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
