You manage your projects from the preparatory study to final delivery, while respecting cost, deadline, quality, and safety constraints. ### Your main activities revolve around the following areas **1. Pre-project studies & Preparation** Manage and validate pre-project (AVP) and execution studies carried out by the Design Office. Analyze client specifications, participate in technical site visits, and define the necessary human, material, and technical resources. Manage administrative procedures prior to starting work (DICT, road permits, passage authorizations, etc.). **2. Planning & Site monitoring** Establish the provisional site schedule and ensure daily operational monitoring. Coordinate field interventions (internal teams and subcontractors). Control the quality of work execution (cable pulling, connection, welding, tests/measurements) as well as the compliance of Civil Engineering (trench creation, conduit laying, pulling chambers). Manage the supply and logistics of materials necessary for operations. **3. Team management & Safety (SST)** Supervise and lead your field teams (Site Foremen, Installers, Technicians). Instill and strictly enforce the Safety, Health, and Environment (SST) policy on sites. Conduct safety talks, perform site visits/audits, and ensure the systematic wearing of PPE and road safety (signage). 4\. Client & Partner Relations Be the privileged contact for the client (notably the operator Orange) for monitoring site progress. Participate in and lead site meetings and write reports. Organize and manage the acceptance of work with the project owner, handle the resolution of reservations, and validate the as-built documentation (DOE). 5\. Financial & Budget Monitoring Establish and monitor the provisional budget for your sites. Optimize cost prices and monitor expenses (labor, materials, subcontracting). Participate in establishing billing elements and validate subcontractor attachments. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Your Profile Education: Bac+2/3 (BTS, DUT or Professional License) in Civil Engineering, Public Works or Networks & Telecoms. Experience: You have at least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in the high-speed telecom network deployment sector. Technical skills: Proven mastery of Fiber Optic deployment processes (ideally for the operator Orange: STTH engineering rules, support management, etc.). Solid knowledge of Civil Engineering related to networks (trench opening, drilling, backfilling, asphalt repair, road compliance). Mastery of financial and budgetary management of construction/telecom sites. Mastery of computer tools (Excel, MS Project, construction management software and Orange business tools). Required certifications: Driving license B mandatory. AIPR (Designer or Supervisor) as well as SST certification are real assets.
