## **The role**

- Permanent contract (CDI) executive day-rate | Riorges (42) | Projects throughout France, mainly in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
- **A takeover, a position to be filled**

Our client, an industrial piping and plumbing SME near Roanne, is changing hands. The manager cannot be on all sites: he is looking for a true partner, someone who manages the field, speaks to the client, and grows the business with him. Not just an executor: a number 2, with a real position and a role that evolves.

**What you will do**

- Manage your projects from A to Z, from start to completion, independently
- Manage 3 employees on-site and help them progress together
- Be the face of the company to the client, on-site
- Carry out checks and sizing internally, with the external design office for support
- Resolve technical issues and get hands-on when necessary
- Propose, develop, and open commercial doors

**You are**

- 5 to 10 years in industrial piping
- A background as a welder or boilermaker, with TIG skills
- Experience in managing site teams
- A resourceful and pragmatic profile, comfortable speaking and in the field
- A dual taste for technical work and sales
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the desire to work in partnership with a manager
- Uncompromising honesty: it is the company's number one value

**What you will gain**

- €42,000 gross annual salary, day-rate, plus profit-sharing
- 40 hours over 4 days, return every Thursday evening
- Overnight stays paid at 100% or €100 per day
