## **The role**

Reporting to the Design Office Manager and in close collaboration with the project managers, you are the guarantor of the financial and technical feasibility of our projects.

- **Analyze** consultation files (CCTP, plans, specifications).
- **Perform precise measurements** from architect plans or site surveys.
- **Consult suppliers** and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing conditions.
- **Establish detailed costings** and prepare quantitative/estimated quotes.
- **Optimize costs** by proposing economic technical variants while respecting quality.
- **Transmit the technical and financial file** to the site managers when launching the project.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- **Education:** Diploma at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level in Construction Economics, Architectural Environment Fitting (BTS ERA), or equivalent.
- **Experience:** You have a first successful experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position, ideally in the fitting-out, carpentry, or finishing works sector.
- **Technical skills:** Perfect plan reading, mastery of costing techniques, and ease with IT tools (Excel, price study software, knowledge of CAD/DAO software is a plus).
- **Desired qualities:** Absolute rigor, analytical mind, sense of detail, and good interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external partners.
