## **The role**

### Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

- Prepare and organize sites: carry out preliminary visits, draft technical documents (PRA, PPSPS, operating procedures), define appropriate methodologies with the QHSE department, and carry out administrative procedures.
- Manage financial and administrative aspects: establish counter-studies, track work progress, validate invoicing, and follow up on payment collection.
- Supervise and manage resources: define schedules, mobilize human and material resources, and coordinate field teams as well as subcontractors.
- Lead the work phase: participate in site meetings, monitor progress, carry out monthly internal audits, and propose necessary technical adjustments.
- Guarantee strict compliance with QHSE rules and asbestos regulations: enforce safety standards, master specific processes (DFD system), and participate in meetings with prevention organizations.
- Maintain client and commercial relations: report field needs, ensure relationship follow-up, and negotiate additional or subcontracted work.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking above all for an engaged personality and rigorous know-how to orchestrate complex sites. All backgrounds showing solid mastery of site management and safety issues are strongly encouraged to apply.

### Experience and Training

- Construction, Civil Engineering, or Public Works training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) or equivalent field experience.
- Confirmed experience in site management, ideally acquired in the field of asbestos removal, deconstruction, or technical finishing works.

### Technical skills

- Mastery of current asbestos regulations and associated removal processes.
- Solid skills in technical site preparation, development of PRA, PPSPS, and costing/counter-study.
- Rigorous knowledge of QHSE regulations related to the building and public works sector.

### Behavioral skills

- Assertive leadership and team management skills.
- Administrative rigor, sense of organization, and anticipation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in commercial negotiation.

### Travel to be expected

- Yes (regular travel to the various sites managed).
