## **The role**

Are you an expert with numbers, but also a rigorous HR manager? Become the guarantor of the financial and administrative reliability of our point of sale.

### Your Mission

Reporting directly to Management, you ensure 360° management combining accounting technicality and personnel administration.

**Accounting Expertise:** From entering entries to establishing quarterly situations and preparing the balance sheet.

**HR & Payroll Management:** Complete payroll management (DSN, variables), management of employment contracts, amendments and monitoring of social obligations (occupational medicine, training).

**Management Control:** Development of dashboards (margins, budget, cash flow) to inform strategic decisions.

**Strategic Advice:** Regulatory monitoring and support for management on the application of legal and conventional rules.

### Your Profile

**Methodical:** You guarantee the accuracy of inventories and strict compliance with tax and social deadlines.

**Versatile:** You manage the overall administrative organization, from secretarial work to monitoring customer/supplier disputes.

**Expert:** Mastery of current legislation and conventional provisions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience desired in a similar role (ideally in the Large-scale food distribution sector).
