## **The role**

A key player in the construction sector based in Saint-Denis, this human-sized company develops ambitious projects. To support their growth and strengthen their administrative and financial team, we are looking for their future **Accounting Assistant (M/F)**. **Your daily challenges** Reporting directly to management, you play a central role in the financial management of our construction sites and operations: **Supplier management**: Entry, account reconciliation, and preparation of payments. **Monitoring & follow-ups**: Invoice control, deadline tracking, and management of supplier reminders. **Organization**: Archiving, rigorous filing of accounting documents, and monitoring of administrative files. **Team life**: Involvement in the daily activity of the administrative department.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Education: **Bac +2** minimum in accounting (BTS Accounting, DUT GEA or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. **Experience in the construction sector would be a plus**. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, accounting software). Rigor, organization, and autonomy. Good interpersonal skills and sense of confidentiality.
