## **The role**
### Business development and prospecting (60%)
Define and execute a targeted prospecting plan in the Rhône-Alpes basin (regular travel to be expected). Identify opportunities with key decision-makers (Executives, CIOs, IT Managers, CFOs). Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
### Consulting and pre-sales (25%)
Analyze existing systems and qualify the complex needs of your clients. Co-construct technical offers in collaboration with the pre-sales engineering team on our 4 pillars: o Cloud & Hosting: IaaS/PaaS infrastructures, backup, DR/BCP. o Messaging & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, data sovereignty, messaging security. o Networks & Security: High-speed links (FTTO/FTTE), SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN. o IP Telephony
**Support your commercial proposals convincingly to decision-makers.**
### Loyalty and account management (15%)
Ensure follow-up of the client relationship and monitor overall satisfaction. Develop cross-selling and expansion within your portfolio. Guarantee the monitoring of deployments in connection with technical and project teams.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Experience and technical skills
Over 3 years of successful experience in selling IT/Telecom services to companies (at an operator, integrator, MSP, or ESN). Solid technical culture in Cloud environments, network architectures, ToIP/VoIP, and collaborative tools. Proven mastery of complex and B2B sales cycles. Personal qualities: A hunter at heart with a strong culture of results and exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and sense of customer service. Autonomy, organizational rigor, and a taste for teamwork within a responsive SME.
### Conditions and logistics
Driving license B mandatory (frequent travel throughout the Rhône-Alpes region). What we offer: Remuneration package: Attractive fixed salary + Uncapped variable linked to performance.
Equipment: Company vehicle (or mileage allowance / fuel card), laptop, smartphone, restaurant voucher card.
