## **The role**

The Actual group is recruiting for its client, a national group of approximately 300 people specializing in Web Marketing, Field Sales Representatives (M/F) for a professional clientele.

Your main mission will be to promote and sell the company's products (websites, SEO, etc.) while ensuring the achievement of set sales targets. On a daily basis, you will ensure:

- telephone prospecting and the development of your client portfolio
- management of your sales activity (reporting on SalesForce)
- sales development in your geographical area
- customer loyalty and the establishment of lasting partnerships
- compliance with established processes and methods as well as follow-up of internal training

Position starting with a CDI, attached to the Bruges agency. Fixed remuneration at 1950€ gross + uncapped variable (average remuneration between 3000€ and 5000€ gross). Meal vouchers, 11 RTT days, company vehicle, computer, telephone.

Training within the internal school is planned at the start in order to master the products and sales methods.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for profiles with a hunter's spirit, with a strong appetite for business development. You will need to create your client portfolio and ensure a lot of telephone prospecting (solo or in a team) to validate appointments and reach your sales targets.

You also show a capacity for loyalty with the ability to sign lasting partnerships over several years.

Within a competitive sector, you demonstrate commitment and combativeness on a daily basis.
