## **The role**

### Under the direct responsibility of management, you are responsible for

- Developing and managing a **portfolio of professionals** (Artisanal butchers, traditional/self-service supermarket meat counters, restaurateurs).
- Establishing a **privileged and early morning contact** with your clients to offer them daily the best carcasses and cuts **adapted to their needs** (raw, boned, trimmed, PAD).
- Ensuring the overall management of the **sales cycle**, up to the follow-up of invoicing and collections.
- Handling a regular volume of activity with a continuous development objective.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

- **Client portfolio** active: operational portfolio in the meat sector
- **Technical mastery** of the sector: Imperative knowledge of cuts and meat work (or field experience as a former butcher or sales representative specialized in the meat industry)

### Job conditions

- **Status:** Employee or Executive depending on profile.
- **Remuneration:** Fixed + Variable: % of turnover **uncapped**
- **Integration:** 3-week immersive onboarding path at headquarters to master the products and the group's operation
