## **The role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and in direct contact with customers, you will ensure the complete management of sales, from the initial request to delivery, and actively participate in business development.

- **Customer relations**: processing incoming requests (calls, emails), product advice, order tracking and after-sales service.
- **Prospecting**: outgoing calls to prospects, development and loyalty of the customer portfolio.
- **Sales management**: preparation of quotes, placing and tracking orders, logistical coordination of deliveries.
- **Administrative support**: invoicing, updating databases (ERP/CRM), preparation of dashboards and reporting.
- **Cross-functional tasks**: occasional participation in trade fairs, customer meetings, management of supplies and archiving.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You hold a 2-year degree in commerce (BTS Negotiation and Customer Relations, BTS Management of Commercial Units, DUT Commercial Techniques...) or equivalent and **you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the sale of industrial products.**

You have a professional level of English, good knowledge of incoterms and you master office tools (Office Pack, ERP...).

**Your interpersonal skills combined with your listening ability as well as your autonomy, your responsiveness and your technical appetite** will be undeniable assets for this position.
