## **The role**

To strengthen their presence in a territory with very high potential, we are looking for a seasoned sales profile to manage the Île-de-France / Centre / Bourgogne / Grand Est sector, covering 29 departments.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing turnover with a B2B clientele.

### Your main missions

- **Prospect and develop the B2B portfolio**: Identify business opportunities, analyze the needs of professional clients, and market the entire range of solutions to a target of micro-businesses, SMEs, large groups, and local authorities.
- **Manage the relationship with decision-makers** (HR managers, purchasing), promote long-term rental offers, and secure the renewal of managed fleets.
- **Develop a network of distributors**: Recruit, train, and animate local partners in key areas to multiply commercial coverage.
- **Organize and manage your activity**: Implement strategic planning for the sector and ensure rigorous reporting to management.

### Start date: As soon as possible

Travel within the assigned sector (IDF, Grand Est, Centre, Bourgogne) with occasional overnight stays.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Experience and Education

- Minimum Bac+2 (Associate degree) in the commercial field
- Proven experience of at least **7 years in B2B sales,** ideally in the sale of services/solutions.

### Skills

- Strategic organization of field time and management of a sectoral action plan.
- Ability to structure, train, and animate a network of partner distributors.
- Listening skills, pedagogy, and interpersonal ease.

### Proposed conditions

- Remuneration: Fixed + variable
