## **The role**

The director of the Montpellier agency is strengthening their teams and is looking for their future:

**Tertiary Public Sales Engineer (M/F)**

You propose and deliver **high value-added intellectual services** (PPPT, energy audits, elevator expertise, operational control, heating, asbestos).

<u>In this context, your main missions will be as follows:</u>

· Develop, monitor, and retain your client and prospect portfolio

· Present our missions to your clients with the assistance of our technical consultants

· Ensure client satisfaction

· Participate in General Assemblies and Union Councils

· Oversee the administrative and financial monitoring of ongoing missions

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have at least 5 years of experience in selling services, ideally acquired with property managers, and you also have knowledge of one of our sectors of activity, then this position is for you.
