## **The role**

### Missions: Plug into high-voltage projects

As a Branch Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our professional clientele and will play a key role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your missions will be:

- **Customer relations**

- Welcome our customers with friendliness and professionalism, while offering **personalized advice**
- Participate in making the branch attractive by implementing dynamic **merchandising**

- **Customer satisfaction**

- Propose **solutions and services** that create added value to meet our customers' needs
- Promote our **digital offers and our e-commerce site** to strengthen the digitalization of our customer service

- **Compliance with rules and procedures**

- Support and actively participate in **sales promotions**.
- Manage potential **customer disputes** and after-sales service (SAV) with rigor and responsiveness

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Profile sought: A pro in electricity with positive tension**

- **Education and experience:** You have a commercial and/or technical background, ideally with knowledge of the electricity, home automation, or energy management sectors.
- **Sector experience:** Experience in B2B or B2C distribution would be a plus.
