## **The role**

### Job Offer: Tourism Product Manager (M/F)

About the position Under the **responsibility** of the offer management, you are the **pillar** of the **creation** and **development** of our range of trips. From the initial idea to the sale, you **design** **attractive**, **profitable** stays **adapted** to the expectations of **today's travelers**.

### Your main missions

1\. **Analysis** & **Design** of the offer Market watch & Study: **Detect** new **trends** in the **tourism** sector, analyze the **competition** and **identify** **development** opportunities.

Creation of stays: **Imagine** and **structure** **varied** thematic **products** (culture, adventure, wellness, gastronomy, etc.) while **defining** the content of the **services** and the **budgetary** framework.

2\. Negotiation & Purchasing Sourcing & Partnerships: **Search**, select and **negotiate** with the best **service providers** (accommodation providers, carriers, guides, receptive agencies).

Optimization: **Ensure** compliance with quality **standards** while **guaranteeing** competitive **prices** and **good margins.**

3\. Project management & Launch Internal coordination: **Manage** the progress of **projects** in connection with the **Purchasing**, **Legal**, **Production** and Communication teams to ensure **compliance** with **deadlines**.

Commercial support: **Write** travel **descriptions**, design sales **arguments** and feed **promotional** materials.

4\. Performance monitoring & Improvement **Analysis** of **results**: Track and analyze key **performance** **indicators** (sales volume, **profitability**, **margin** rate).

Quality & Evolution: **Analyze** **customer** feedback, **correct** **malfunctions** and continuously adjust/test the offer to ensure a high level of satisfaction

**Salary**: from 35 to 40K€ annual (base 39 H) depending on profile experience.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Profile sought Experience: **Higher education** in Tourism, Commerce or Marketing **(Bachelor's to Master's degree)** with a first successful experience in a similar position (at a tour operator, a travel agency or a receptive agency).

### Key skills

### **Bilingual English** (or even a third language)

**Mastery** of **negotiation** techniques and the **construction** of a stay's pricing.

**Good** **writing** skills and **marketing** sensitivity.

**Ease** with the sector's **IT** tools (Canva, InDesign... ).

**Personal qualities: Listening, **rigor**, analytical mind, **creativity** and **excellent interpersonal skills.****
