## **The role**

Reporting to the Southern Regional Director, you represent the Group's brands and develop sales in your perimeter to **hypermarkets and supermarkets** (160) in your sector.

You are responsible for the presence of assortments negotiated by the chain, in-store listings, shelf management by optimizing the quality of implementations, and the commercial and promotional dynamics of your sector.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a commercial education from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you have a **successful field experience of at least 2 years** as a **Retail Sales Manager and ideally in the agri-food industry.**

Persevering and positive by nature, you are rigorous, organized and demonstrate adaptability and great exemplarity.

Endowed with a solid commercial temperament and passionate about **sales and customer contact**, you master sales techniques and CRM tools.
