### LEADER, MANAGER AND SALESPERSON

🎯 Your missions:

As a **Bakery/Pastry Department Manager (M/F)**, you are the guarantor of the performance and quality of your departments. Your main responsibilities will be:

- **Quality and freshness**: Ensure impeccable quality of the products offered, while respecting food hygiene and safety standards.
- **Commercial management**: Manage your operating account to optimize the department's financial performance.
- **Commercial animation**: Implement commercial actions to boost sales and build customer loyalty.
- **Team management**: Supervise, motivate and help a team of artisan bakers, pastry chefs and salespeople (around 60) to progress.
- **Product innovation**: Propose new products to attract gourmet customers and respond to market trends.

### 👤 Your profile

You are passionate about the bakery-pastry field, with successful experience in a similar position in large retail or craftsmanship. Your key assets are:

- **Product expertise**: You master the techniques of artisanal bakery and pastry production.
- **Seasoned manager**: You know how to manage performance indicators and optimize your results.
- **Inspiring leader**: You know how to supervise a team with kindness and rigor to achieve objectives.
- **Commercial spirit**: Your creativity and your ability to animate your department allow you to develop customer satisfaction and increase sales.  
    

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Context: replacement

Experience: minimum 5 years of experience desired in a similar role.

**Variable**: 13th month + bonuses + health insurance + profit sharing/incentives
