For over 20 years, our specialized consultants within our 13 offices in France have been supporting companies in the search for executives, experts, and qualified profiles for temporary work, CDI, CDD, or service provision. Our IT specialized team is supporting its client in the recruitment of its future **IS Training Project Manager** (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). Reporting to the Data and Project Department Manager, you will ensure the cross-functional management and functional scoping of projects related to the Training and Employment perimeter (CFA and Training ERP). Your role is to structure the department by functional domain and ensure the interface between business needs (educational and university) and technical implementation, while supporting and challenging a multidisciplinary team (Data and Tech). **Project Management** - Scoping and requirements: Collect and analyze the needs of the "training/CFA" teams, write specifications and functional requirements. - Operational management: Ensure planning, monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality of deliverables for the training ERP projects and associated tools. - Business/technical interface: Guarantee consistency between business processes and deployed technical solutions. **Cross-functional management and coordination** - Project team supervision: Support and coordinate the work of the team (2 Project Managers, Data Engineer, Tech Lead, Data Scientist). - Technical challenge: Ensure monitoring and technical understanding (appetite for MFA/Security, IS Architectures) to challenge the team's technical choices and validate their relevance. - Leadership: Unite the team around the department's objectives and ensure reporting to your management. **Department structuring** - Functional architecture: Contribute to the structuring of the project department by functional domain. - Continuous improvement: Optimize existing training tools and propose structuring evolutions for the perimeter. ## **The profile we're looking for** **Profile and expected skills** - Education: Master's degree (Master or Higher School) with a specialization in IT project management or information systems. - Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar position, ideally in the Education/Higher Education sector. - Contract: Renewable CDD. ### Expected mastery - **Tool: YPAREO (Mandatory)** - Writing specifications, project lifecycle management (Agile / V-Cycle). - Technical culture: Real appetite for technical subjects (e.g., MFA, access management, API integration, IS architectures). - Training domain: Knowledge of process tools related to CFA or training management ERPs. - Data: Understanding of data issues (Data Engineering, Data Science) to communicate effectively with team experts. **Soft Skills** - Leadership: Ability to support, supervise, and challenge technical profiles. - Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical solutions. - Rigor and Method: Sense of organization to structure a department. - Ability to lead transformation projects in an evolving environment. ## **The company** **Actual Talent** Ready to join the adventure?
