## **The role**

Within the Nuclear Business Unit, reporting to the Nuclear Activity Manager, you will be in charge of managing responses to calls for tenders and/or supervising a project team. You will also ensure the management and reporting of projects, in compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, deadlines, and quality requirements, for equipment intended for the nuclear industry, for major French or international clients.

**To successfully carry out your mission during the offer phase, you will need to:**

Collaborate in pairs with the offer sales manager to establish the offer strategy based on market analysis, the competitive environment, and the company's strategy. Identify, organize, and plan offer activities in accordance with the company's process. Manage a multidisciplinary team: Studies, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Safety, etc. Establish the make-or-buy and industrial setup. Set up any appropriate partnerships. Establish and optimize a robust cost price. Identify and quantify risks and opportunities of all types: technical, industrial, financial, legal, etc.

**Furthermore, you will be required to manage projects in their execution phase, for which you will need to:**

Identify, organize, and plan your project activities (carried out internally or subcontracted). Guarantee compliance with commitments in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety. Manage a multidisciplinary team (Studies, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Safety, Site). Establish quotes and offers within your scope of responsibility. Ensure internal project reporting (dashboards: monitoring indicators, planning, charges, and expenses). Ensure the profitability of the business, contractual deliverables, and customer satisfaction. Develop the content and admissibility of amendment requests, and negotiate their amounts in agreement with Management.

## **The profile we're looking for**

o Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, preferably mechanical or generalist; o Proven experience of 10 years in an industrial environment as a project manager, preferably in the nuclear industry and in the field of special machinery; o Fluent English required; o Advanced mastery of the Office pack; o Ability to collaborate with various company stakeholders (Offers, Production, Projects, Quality, etc.); o Interest in technical subjects and the nuclear field; o Negotiation skills and powers of persuasion; o Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer satisfaction.

Frequent travel is to be expected.
