## **The role**

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will ensure the management of projects, infrastructure, software, equipment, communications, security, and IT operations of the company.

**Main missions:**IT & Business Project Management (30%)****

- Major projects:
- Migration and change of the ERP system: transition to Mertex (specialized in fabric trading / Reflex / BDD Rocket Universe), then preparation of the target tool (Divalto or Odoo) by the end of 2028.
- Deployment of a TMS (Transport Management System) solution.
- Implementation of tax dematerialization.
- Project lifecycle management: Drafting of specifications, programming/testing, integration, application testing, and production deployment.
- Daily management: Use of the Bubble Plan tool and regular relations with business teams.
- Monitoring & Innovation: Technological monitoring and continuous optimization of existing IS components.

**Infrastructure, Network & Operations Administration (70%)**

- Operational Maintenance (MCO): Network, inter-site VPN, subsidiary links, Fiber, Wi-Fi, NAS, and PABX (VoIP).
- Operations: Monitoring of daily operating procedures and execution of month-end processing.
- Security & Backups: Supervision and control of backups (Veeam) and security policy (Firewall, antivirus, antispam) in conjunction with service providers.

**Support, Fleet Management & Budgets**

- IT support: Handling of system/network incidents (Level 2 and Level 3), on-site technical troubleshooting, user support, and training.
- Fleet management: Purchase of hardware, software, and consumables, inventory maintenance, and stock management.
- Partner management: Contract management and coordination of 10 external service providers (notably for accounting and systems) with control of operating and investment costs.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Contract type: CDI
- Activity distribution: 70% Technical (Support & Infrastructure) / 30% Functional Project
- Experience required: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position (IT Project Management / IS Administration)
- Languages: Professional English (B2 written)
- Location / Travel: Position with occasional travel to Paris for on-site technical problem resolution.
