As part of strengthening its innovation activities and launching new ranges of eco-designed products, our client is looking for an Experienced Product Development Project Manager (M/F). **Missions & Objectives of the position**Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the development of new green technological products by applying internal product/process development processes. You will guarantee quality, deadlines, costs, and customer satisfaction, from needs analysis to delivery and post-launch monitoring. **Main activities**Needs analysis & Pre-sales: Participate in client/partner meetings to identify and formalize technical requirements. Contribute to drafting responses to calls for tenders and translate requirements into relevant technical solutions. Full project management: Follow the entire design cycle (functional specifications, deliverables, acceptance criteria). Guarantee compliance with technical commitments, the schedule, and the project budget. Compile product definition and manufacturing files. Support development until market launch and ensure customer follow-up after delivery. Multidisciplinary project team management: Build, organize, and lead the project team (R&D, engineering, methods, quality). Ensure scientific and technical coordination and develop the skills of employees. Foster cohesion, communication, and collective intelligence. **Reporting & Accountability**: Draft technical offers and estimate development costs. Ensure regular and structured reporting to management and clients. **Innovation & Technological monitoring**: Be a driving force for continuous product improvement and the integration of green technologies. Maintain constant technological monitoring of the renewable energy market. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Profile sought **Know-how & Training**: Higher education degree in Engineering or Master's degree with solid experience in multi-disciplinary project management (mechanical, electronic, software, or process). Mastery of project management methodologies and tools as well as quality tools (functional analysis, FMEA...). Good level of technical English (oral and written) is mandatory to communicate with international partners or clients. **Soft skills & Leadership**: Collaborative leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common goals. Analytical mind, strategic sense, rigor, and results-oriented. Proactivity, ability to anticipate risks, and adaptability/resilience in the face of unforeseen events. ## **The company** **Actual Talent** ### Job conditions Location: Position based in Versailles (78). Mobility: Occasional travel to be expected in France and abroad (suppliers, clients, specialized trade fairs). Remuneration: According to experience and internal scale + company benefits.
