## **The role**

The HVAC Automation Project Manager manages all control and regulation projects for HVAC, from the needs analysis to the final site acceptance.

### Design & Energy

- Analysis of CCTP and drafting of functional (AF) and organic (AO) analyses for regulation systems (AHU, chillers, boilers, hydraulic/aeraulic networks).
- Definition of network architecture (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) and selection of equipment (PLCs, sensors, actuators).

### Development & Automation

- Supervises or performs PLC programming and configuration of supervision tools (BMS/BEMS).

### Project & Site Management

- Monitoring of project budget, schedule adherence, and subcontracting management.
- Technical coordination with various site stakeholders (electricity, climate engineering, project management).

### Commissioning & Acceptance

- Execution of factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Adjustment of regulation loops, clearing of punch lists, and user training.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Education: **Bac+2/3 (BTS CIRA, FED, CRSA)** with significant experience, or Engineering Degree in Automation / Energy Engineering.

Technical: **Solid knowledge in climate engineering (HVAC)** and mastery of at least one major range of building automation systems (Siemens Desigo, Schneider EBO, Distech Controls, Sauter, Johnson Controls).

Networks & Regulations: **Mastery of BACnet protocols**, Modbus, KNX and sensitivity to energy issues (BACS Decree, RE2020).

Soft skills: **Rigorous budget management, autonomy in the field, interpersonal skills, and commercial posture** towards clients.
