## **The role**

Within our Industry & Services BU, you will manage a project team in the field of mechanical components for the space industry, particularly the supply of recurring products according to plans. As the main point of contact for the client, you will ensure the steering and reporting of projects for the clients you are responsible for, in compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, deadlines, and quality, while respecting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

You will also be called upon for calls for tenders concerning the implementation of CSI expertise developed on these projects and the development of services related to CSI products and expertise.

### To carry out this position, you will need to

o Pilot and ensure the supervision of the project until delivery and potentially the commissioning of the concerned systems and equipment (with the support of the Industrialization Methods, Production, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Finance departments);

- o Ensure the profitability of the business, contractual deliverables, and client satisfaction;
- o Develop the content and admissibility of amendment requests, and negotiate their amounts in agreement with Management;

o Upstream, with the Offer team, you will participate in responses to calls for applications and tenders for principals, in France and internationally, and contribute, through your feedback, to the optimal definition of a winning technical and commercial proposal;

o You will travel in France and internationally.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### What we are looking for in you

o Engineering degree with a focus on Mechanics;

o At least 5 years of experience as a Project/Implementation Manager for complex industrial systems and equipment (mechanics and automation) or in scheduling in the fields of mechanical machining and/or welded assemblies;

- o Experience in team management or cross-functional management;
- o Negotiation skills and powers of persuasion;
- o Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer satisfaction;

o Fluent English is essential.

### What we offer you

- o Executive status with a 216-day fixed-term contract (approximately 2 weeks of RTT/year);
- o Remuneration starting from 55K€ over 13 months, scalable according to profile;
- o Telework possible 2 days/week;
