## **The role**

Join a passionate team in **Pornic** as a **Chef de partie (m/f)** and actively participate in the customer experience within an exceptional estate!

### Your daily missions

As a true pillar of the kitchen, you prepare the dishes on the menu with precision, ensure the plating and sending of dishes, and ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules. You also participate in inventory management, equipment maintenance, and collaborate in perfect harmony with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Chef de partie (m/f)**, you have solid kitchen experience and perfectly master the culinary techniques of your station. You demonstrate great **rigor** and a keen sense of organization to ensure the consistent quality of the dishes sent out.

Your profile is distinguished by an **ability to work in a team** in a dynamic environment, while scrupulously respecting **food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)**.

Your initiative will be a valuable asset in supporting the Head Chef in creating the menus.
