Are you ready to manage a kitchen with the expertise of a conductor? We have the perfect mission for you!

We are looking for a **Head Manager (M/F)** to join a dynamic team in collective catering. This mission is a temporary opportunity for a **minimum of 3 months** with a quick start.

### Your daily life

- Manage the kitchen from A to Z: production, organization, management
- Supervise and motivate your team
- Develop balanced and quality menus
- Manage orders, stocks, and costs
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards
- Provide impeccable culinary service to guests

### Your profile

- Successful experience in collective catering in a similar position
- Autonomous, organized, and capable of staying on course even during busy service
- Natural leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about your job
