The position is based in Saint Herblain and travel is local (44). Your missions: Under the responsibility of the works supervisor, you ensure the preparation, organization, and monitoring of External Thermal Insulation (EWI) and facade renovation sites. In this capacity, you will be required to: Prepare and organize the site according to the schedule, execution plans, and technical constraints; Supervise and lead the teams of workers on the site; Distribute tasks and ensure the proper organization of daily work; Participate in the execution of EWI, cleaning, and facade renovation works; Check the proper preparation of supports and the compliance of the various implementation stages; Supervise the installation of External Thermal Insulation (EWI) systems; Ensure the proper completion of finishing works and the quality of execution; Organize and supervise the assembly, disassembly, and use of scaffolding, in compliance with safety rules and required authorizations; Monitor the progress of works and ensure compliance with deadlines; Coordinate the interventions of the various trades and/or subcontractors present on the site; Ensure the monitoring of supplies and anticipate material and equipment needs; Check the compliance of the work performed and carry out necessary corrections; Enforce safety rules, prevention instructions, and good practices on the site; Be the daily contact person for the teams in the field and provide reporting to the works supervisor; Participate in site meetings and report any difficulties or unforeseen events encountered; Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and good maintenance of the site. ## **The profile we're looking for** Ideally holding a diploma in the building field, you also have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the sector. Versatile and endowed with real know-how, you are recognized for your dynamism, your rigor, and your team spirit.
