## **The role**

As a Transport Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing daily logistics operations. You will be responsible for the quality, deadlines, and profitability of your activities, while supervising a dedicated team. Your role will be to ensure an optimal customer experience by ensuring that every pickup and delivery takes place under the best conditions.

Your missions

- Supervise and lead a team of Drivers/Delivery personnel, subcontractors, and/or Dock Workers to ensure operational goals are met.
- Effectively organize and supervise loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing flows.
- Plan delivery and pickup routes by optimizing resources, including managing subcontracting and temporary staff.
- Check the proper preparation of documents and the balancing of routes before vehicle departure to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and analyze operational profitability indicators, update dashboards, and propose improvement actions.
- Ensure the recovery, tracking, and entry of administrative and legal documents from subcontractors for perfect regulatory compliance.
- Measure and track the level of service delivered against defined key performance indicators.
- Guarantee strict adherence to safety and quality procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (uniform, safety shoes, etc.).

## **The profile we're looking for**

- You have successful experience in managing operational teams

  Your key skills include:
  - A proven ability to lead a team and organize work efficiently.
  - An aptitude for consulting and analyzing operational numerical data to drive performance.
  - A keen sense of results and performance, with a constant desire to exceed objectives.
  - Ease of communication, both written and oral.
  - Real leadership qualities to inspire and motivate your teams.

  A Bac+2 level in a relevant field (logistics, transport, management) is an asset, ideally complemented by significant professional experience in a similar sector. A notion of professional English would be a plus.
