## **The role**

Reporting to the Site Director, you are the **guarantor of the proper execution of daily manufacturing.** Present on the field, you **supervise a team of approximately 20 people** and ensure the permanent link between the Design Office, planning, and production.

### Your missions

- **Management & Team Consolidation (80% field):** Supervise, lead, and develop the versatility of 20 people (assembly, machinists, loaders...); directly manage relations with temporary employment agencies and ensure strict compliance with safety instructions.
- **Production Management & Design Office/Planning Interface:** Coordinate and dispatch work daily, act as the technical link between the Design Office and the workshop, and manage unforeseen events with agility to meet site commitments and truck deliveries.
- **1st Level Maintenance & Technical Monitoring:** Perform initial mechanical diagnostics on the machine park, manage interventions by external service providers, and ensure preventive maintenance.
- **Administrative Management & Activity Monitoring (20% time):** Ensure production traceability on the ARMOR software (entry of hours, tonnages, scrap ratios) and manage stocks of raw materials and consumables.
- **Management Duo & Client Relations:** Act as a relay and manage current affairs in the absence of the Site Director and occasionally interact with clients/sites.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a **technical background** (Mechanics, Production Engineering, Boilermaking, Metallurgy, or a generalist field profile), you have **proven experience in managing production teams** within a demanding industrial environment (metallurgy, metalworking, construction, metal structures...).

You possess solid knowledge of **industrial mechanics** and **1st level maintenance**.

You are comfortable with IT tools and monitoring production indicators.

You are recognized for your **leadership**, you enjoy field work, and you demonstrate great responsiveness to unforeseen events. You know how to communicate effectively with the Design Office, management, and clients.
