## **The role**
Actual Rennes Industrie Logistique is looking for delivery drivers (M/F) for its client based in Rennes to strengthen its teams.
Do you enjoy driving, working independently, and being in contact with customers? This position might interest you!
**Your missions**Attached to a delivery team, you will ensure the distribution of parcels to individuals and professionals. In this capacity, your main missions will be:
- Sort and count parcels according to your route.
- Organize and load parcels into the vehicle according to the delivery order.
- Carry out deliveries while respecting routes and deadlines.
- Use a PDA (scanner) to track parcels and record deliveries.
- Contact customers by phone or SMS if necessary.
- Respect delivery procedures, especially for parcels requiring a signature.
- Adapt your route according to traffic and any unforeseen events.
- Return undelivered parcels at the end of the shift.
We are looking for people with at least 3 years of delivery experience.
Training is provided before starting the position to familiarize you with the job, delivery procedures, the use of the PDA, and distribution sectors.
### You will benefit in particular from
- A one-day theoretical training.
- Two days of accompaniment with an experienced delivery driver.
- A progressive skill development over the first few days of the assignment.
### Working conditions
**Location:** Rennes
- **Hours:** 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **Working duration:** 7 hours per day
- **Rest:** 1 day per week
- **Weekends:** 3 Saturdays worked over a 4-week period
Possibility to work exceptionally on a rest day according to needs and your availability.
**Remuneration and benefits**
- Remuneration 10% higher than the SMIC.
- Morning snack provided.
- Compensation for the use of a personal vehicle, according to the conditions defined by the client.
- Possibility of a bonus linked to attendance over the quarter.
- Attendance challenges possible during certain periods of activity, according to the terms communicated by the client.
**Position to be filled from November 6th to December 24th, 2026 (must be available for the entire period).**
## **The profile we're looking for**
We are looking for reliable, motivated, and rigorous people capable of working independently while appreciating teamwork.
### Expected qualities and skills
- Hold a B driving license and be comfortable behind the wheel, especially in urban traffic.
- Have a good sense of direction and organization.
- Be autonomous, persevering, and responsive.
- Have good interpersonal skills and know how to communicate with customers.
- Be capable of carrying and handling parcels.
- Strictly respect safety instructions and delivery procedures.
