## **The role**

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will join a dynamic company located in Paris 20th. You will take charge of the complete payroll cycle management and personnel administration for a scope of 210 employees. Your main missions revolve around the following areas:

**Payroll management**: Collect, enter and check variable elements, edit and verify payslips (management of a volume of 210 monthly payslips), and ensure the establishment of social declarations (DSN, various contributions).

**Personnel administration**: Manage employee files from entry to exit: drafting employment contracts and amendments, hiring formalities (DPAE, health insurance, provident fund), and managing medical visits.**Time and absence tracking:** Ensure the monitoring and management of paid leave, RTT, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave and work accidents.

**Advice and internal relations:** Be the preferred contact for employees and managers to answer their questions regarding payroll, leave and HR processes.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**The profile sought**With higher education (Bac +2 to Bac +3) specialized in Human Resources or Payroll Management, you have confirmed and successful experience in a similar position. You master payroll mechanisms from A to Z as well as the basics of labor law and personnel administration to manage such a volume independently. Ease with IT tools and mastery of payroll software are essential for this position. Recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization and your reliability, you know how to manage priorities with responsiveness. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate absolute discretion and a great sense of confidentiality.

**Contract**: CDI, to be filled quickly.

**Location:** Paris 20th.**Scope**: 210 employees.

**Remuneration**: 35000€ - 38000€ Gross annual
