As part of its development, an agri-food company is looking for a Field Quality Officer (M/F) to strengthen its teams and contribute to maintaining its quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
**You will work in a dynamic environment where your presence in the field and your technical expertise will play an essential role.**
Your missions
### Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, your missions will be as follows
**Hygiene and team support in the field**
- Ensure compliance with hygiene rules by all teams and guarantee their proper application on site.
- Support production teams in implementing good hygiene and food safety practices.
- Supervise checks carried out in production, analyze identified discrepancies, and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure the compliance of practices and facilities.
**Quality and continuous improvement**
- Identify, analyze, and handle non-conformities by managing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor quality indicators, analyze results, and propose areas for improvement.
- Ensure the updating of procedures, instructions, and quality documents, while ensuring their proper application.
- Be a driving force for optimizing practices and sustainably strengthening the site's quality performance.
**HACCP and certifications**
- Actively participate in the work of the HACCP team: updating the study, qualifying equipment and processes, and carrying out assessments.
- Contribute to maintaining the site's certifications and quality standards, particularly IFS Food, as well as requirements related to product certifications: ASC/MSC, Organic Farming, Label Rouge, etc.
**Training and quality culture**
- Train, raise awareness, and support employees in good hygiene practices and quality requirements.
- Bring the food safety culture to life on a daily basis, by promoting the involvement and accountability of everyone.
## **The profile we're looking for**
**Your profile**
- With a **higher education degree (Bac+2/3 or more) in agri-food**, you ideally have **initial experience in an industrial agri-food environment.**
- **Proficiency in English;** knowledge of German is an additional asset.
- **Good command of good hygiene practices and the HACCP method.**
- **Knowledge of a food safety management system:** IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 or equivalent.
- **Analytical skills, rigor, and sense of organization.**
- **Autonomy, responsiveness, and a taste for field missions.**
- **Good interpersonal skills** and pedagogical qualities to work with production teams
Beyond your technical skills, **your sense of contact, your pragmatism, and your ability to get teams on board will be real assets for success in this position.**
