## **The role**

Within the Auvergne Rhones-Alpes Regional Delegation, you are responsible for developing, with all the actors concerned, the measures promoting the employment of people with disabilities.

### You are in particular responsible for

- Providing advice and support to companies, training organizations, partners, institutions...
- Animating and managing measures promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities (specifications, coordination of interlocutors, respect for deadlines and planning...)
- Animating and coordinating Agefiph's partner networks, managing the activity of service providers.
- Promoting and implementing Agefiph's intervention policy and its service offer.
- Proposing useful developments in the service offer and business tools in order to adapt them to needs.
- Representing the Regional Delegate at events

## **The profile we're looking for**

### To succeed in this position, you must have

- Excellent knowledge of the local socio-economic fabric
- Good knowledge of employment policies, as well as the various organizations related to employment, training, and disability.

### Driving license B required

**Graduate of a higher education BAC +4 / +5 (Master 2 type in Human Resources, Management Sciences, Training...)**

You have **solid experience in managing complex projects** (preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience), with varied interlocutors, including State services. You are used to animating a network of partners (institutions and companies).
