## **The role**

### Reporting to the Operations/Maintenance Manager, your duties are as follows

- Ensure the operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations.
- Monitoring and management of service provider contracts.
- Regulatory monitoring.
- Support tenant clients.
- Works management.
- Ensure management on-call duties.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You hold a BAC + 2 (Associate degree) in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance or equivalent and **you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.**

You ideally have experience in CFO/CFA and in managing service providers.

**Your interpersonal skills and customer service combined with your rigor and autonomy** will be undeniable assets for this position.
