## **The role**

Reporting to the Office Manager, you play a key role in business development by ensuring the search, recruitment, and monitoring of IT consultants on CDI contracts placed with our clients.

A true talent hunter and client relationship developer, you contribute to growing our team and our reputation in the market.

### <u>Your main missions:</u>

**Recruitment of IT consultants on CDI contracts (Helpdesk technicians, developers, project managers, architects, etc.)**

- Drafting and posting job ads
- Sourcing on job boards and social networks (LinkedIn, HelloWork, Indeed)
- Qualification interviews and skills assessment

**Talent pool management**

- Monitoring and animating the consultant community
- Active monitoring of key market profiles
- Mission follow-up and loyalty building
- Ensuring the successful integration of consultants at client sites
- Providing regular follow-up for employees on assignment

**Administrative follow-up**

- Personnel administration management (paid leave, medical visits, training)
- Tracking hours worked for invoicing and payroll management

**Client relations**

- Identifying client needs and proposing adequate profiles
- Loyalty building/client relationship to anticipate future recruitment needs

## **The profile we're looking for**

### <u>Profile sought:</u>

- **Excellent command of IT tools,** particularly human resources management software.
- An **in-depth understanding of labor law** is also crucial to effectively navigate the legal and administrative aspects of the position.
- An **ability to communicate clearly and effectively** is essential, both in writing and orally, to interact with various stakeholders within the company.
- **Great attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously** are essential to succeed in this dynamic and demanding role.
