## **The role**

**The ACTUAL group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant (M/F) to join our Lyon Vaise team for a 4-month fixed-term contract (CDD) with a view to a permanent contract (CDI).**

In this role, you will play a key part in the entire recruitment process, working closely with our clients and team members to identify and support the best talent in the sector.

### Your missions

1. Analysis of client needs

- Take orders from clients and prospects, understand their skills requirements
- Carry out site visits (construction sites, companies) to evaluate work environments
- Conduct in-depth job studies to adapt profiles to the specific needs of clients

1. Sourcing strategy

- Identify and attract qualified candidates via our internal tools and external actions (fairs, forums, local partnerships)
- Anticipate recurring client needs through targeted and proactive sourcing

1. Selection and loyalty of temporary workers

- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, with the possibility of performing professional tests
- Raise awareness among temporary workers about health and safety rules, particularly regarding accident risks
- Propose adapted training paths and support the professional development of temporary workers
- Ensure regular follow-up of assignments to guarantee the satisfaction and commitment of temporary workers

1. Administrative management

- Ensure the updating of temporary worker files: DPAE, medical visits, administrative follow-up
- Draw up employment contracts and coordinate procedures with the management center (timesheets, advances, etc.)

1. Client loyalty

- Implement personalized follow-up for each client and measure their satisfaction
- Develop proactive placement actions to meet future needs
- Act as an advisor to clients and offer them solutions adapted to their recruitment challenges

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

- With a background in Human Resources and/or Business, you have successful experience in recruitment, ideally in a temporary employment agency. Good knowledge of the local job market would be an additional asset.
- Endowed with excellent listening skills and an analytical mind, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to argue, and your sense of service.
