You manage the administrative and amicable handling of your portfolio of client accounts related to construction sites and BTP operations. ### Your main responsibilities will be to ### 1. Management and Monitoring of the Client Portfolio - Ensure the amicable collection of clients (professionals/construction companies, subcontractors, public/private clients) by phone, email, and mail according to defined scenarios. - Analyze the aging balance daily and identify significant payment delays. - Carry out regular reconciliation of client accounts and ensure the constant updating of our ERP. ### 2. Dispute Resolution - Identify the origin of payment blockages (work progress, retention money, billing/site disputes) and collaborate closely with internal departments (site managers, sales representatives, sales administration) to resolve disputes. - Negotiate amicable settlement solutions and implement adapted debt clearance or installment plans. ### 3. Pre-litigation Phase and Reporting - Prepare, document, and transfer litigious or complex files to the litigation department or external collection agencies. - Monitor key performance indicators (DSO, non-payment rate) and report alerts or anomalies to the financial management. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### The profile sought ### YOUR PROFILE - You have a successful experience of about 2 to 5 years in a similar position (Collections Technician, Collections Account Manager, Accounts Receivable Accountant), ideally acquired in the construction sector. - Knowledge of the specifics of billing and client monitoring in construction (work progress, retention money, etc.) is a real asset. - Mastery of telephone collection techniques, accounting reconciliation, and dispute management processes is essential. - You are recognized for your diplomacy, your rigor, and your ability to maintain a good client relationship while being firm. - Mastery of standard IT tools (advanced Excel) and an ERP/management software is required. ### WE OFFER YOU - A strategic position at the heart of the company's financial performance. - A pleasant working environment within a dynamic company. - A close-knit and motivated team. - Contract: CDI, to be filled as soon as possible. - Remuneration: Salary up to 36K€ gross annual (depending on profile and experience). ## **The company** **Actual Talent** Actual Talent is the European specialist in Talent Acquisition and Assessment for Actual group, the 6th largest employment and labor player in France.
