## **The role**

Within our **LEADINSIDE** activity, we are recruiting: A Neutral HR project manager for a duration of one month.

You are the interface between our logistics client and the temporary work agencies referenced by the client.

- You ensure the daily management of the use of temporary work and are in charge of all processes related to temporary work:
- Conducting integration visits for new candidates,
- Creation of needs and client orders under Pixid,
- Monitoring of contracts and end of missions,
- Management of temporary worker absences,
- Control of temporary worker files under Pixid,
- Management of temporary worker availability in connection with partner agencies,
- Preparation of the D+1 schedule with the Operations Manager,
- Monitoring of schedule information with partner agencies,
- Monitoring of temporary worker productivity,
- Daily operations tour,

Monitoring of quality indicators.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You had the good idea to follow a Bac + 2 training in Human Resources.

You benefit from 1 to 3 years of experience within a hosted agency or temporary work agency as a Recruitment Officer, Account Manager or Temporary Work Manager or Neutral...

You like managing teams in the field and you are not afraid to put on your safety shoes!

Beyond experience, your sense of customer service and your interpersonal skills will be the keys to your success in this position.

Upon your arrival, an integration path will train you in the technical skills of the profession.
