Under the responsibility of the CDI Solutions Director, the CDI Project Manager is mainly involved in managing recruitment, the talent pool, and relationships with employment partners for the LEADER TEMPS PARTAGÉ structure regarding the population of seconded employees. The employee's duties include the following: **Main activities** ### 1. Knowledge of the environment - Legal monitoring of the profession (specialized activity of the CDI-E), - Monitoring & information on HR news ### 2. Personnel management - Accompany and assist the HR Assistant with tasks related to candidates and employees, - Accompany and assist the CDI Mission Managers on a daily basis with recruitment and training projects ### 3. Recruitment - Drafting job advertisements - CV screening, negative responses - Management of the candidate database, - Analysis of recruitment and follow-up with CDI Managers, pre-qualification interviews, - Proposing selected profiles to clients, - Active participation in recruitment campaigns ### 4. Training - Implementation and monitoring of training requests, - Supporting employees with training needs and the use of CPF, - Making training requests to headquarters while respecting processes, - Managing relationships with training organizations ### 5. Monitoring of employees and clients - Support and follow-up of cmoncdi employees, - Support and follow-up of clients in situ monthly ### Job challenges IMPORTANT CHALLENGES for the development of a dynamic region for the CDIE. Key accounts present, diversity of business sectors, strategic group positioning Daily travel between AURA and PACA to be expected. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Experience & Required Training - Experience in the HR and recruitment sector is essential. - Successful experience in business development or strong aptitude for sales ### Soft skills - Rigor - Autonomy - Sense of organization and priorities.
