Monitor outstanding amounts, expenses to be billed, monthly file data, and the status of unpaid invoices in liaison with the partners. Prepare, file, and send detailed invoices (in French and/or English). Regularly update data related to client files. Act as the interface with the debt collection department. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a minimum Bac +2 education, you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position or in accounting. English B2 required (written and spoken). Mastery of office tools, particularly good knowledge of Excel. Mastery of billing software / ERP. You are recognized for your sense of organization, your rigor, and your ease with numbers. Interpersonal skills, communication skills, pedagogy, and listening skills. Responsiveness, autonomy, and respect for deadlines. Position to be filled as soon as possible. Salary range: 42-54k€ over 13 months, employee status. Hours: 39H, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 5:00 PM. 5 weeks of vacation per year. Benefits: Telework 1 day per week after 2 months (validation of your trial period, as the trial period is 1 month, systematically renewed once). Fresh fruit and unlimited drinks.
