## **The role**
Within the Human Resources team, you will occupy a central and versatile role focused on talent attraction, supporting managers, and deploying structuring HR projects. As a preferred HR partner for operational teams, you will also provide your expertise in labor law and industrial relations.
### Your missions
**Recruitment, employer branding, and ATS project**
- Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, job offers) within your scope.
- Manage the deployment and administration project for the Teamtailor ATS (configuration, workflow optimization, user training).
- Promote the employer brand and participate in the continuous improvement of the candidate experience with the HR team.
**Manager support and integration**
- Advise and support operational managers on a daily basis in collecting and analyzing their recruitment needs.
- Monitor and secure integration paths (onboarding) to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.
**HR consulting and payroll coordination**
- Provide your expertise and legal advice to managers on issues related to labor law and labor regulations.
- Maintain constant communication with the payroll team for the monitoring of employee files (contracts, amendments, payroll variables, entries/exits).
### We offer
- **Remuneration** : €40k - €43k gross annual (depending on profile) + 20% temporary work bonus
- **Status** : Executive
- **Benefits** : meal vouchers, company health insurance
- **Contract** : 2-month temporary assignment (with a strong possibility of extension)
- **Start date** : November
- **Location** : Paris 15th
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought
- **Education** : Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in Human Resources.
- **Experience** : Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position (HR Development, Recruitment Manager, or equivalent).
- **Technical skills** : Solid mastery of complete recruitment processes and strong agility with digital HR tools / ATS (mastery or strong interest in Teamtailor). Solid knowledge of labor law and ideally industrial relations.
- **Interpersonal skills & Soft skills** : Assertive consulting posture, excellent interpersonal skills, great listening ability, pedagogical approach, rigor, and autonomy.
