## **The role**

Are you recognized for your sense of service and administrative rigor? Join a dynamic company in **Chécy (45430)** as a **Customer Service Representative (m/f)** for a permanent **CDI** contract.

### Your main missions

As a key contact, you will handle customer reception and qualify requests with responsiveness. You will manage the entire order process (quotes, entry, complaints) while acting as the key interface between customers and internal departments. Your role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and the reliability of commercial data.

### Conditions and benefits

You will join a structured organization with a gross annual salary of **24 680 euros**, supplemented by a **13th month** and an annualization bonus. Your working time is **37 hours per week**, allowing you to benefit from **11 RTT days** per year. You will also enjoy an advantageous working environment: health insurance 70% covered by the employer, meal vouchers, transport allowances, and access to the CSE. After 6 months of seniority, you will have the possibility to telework one day per week.

### Additional information

Non-executive position.

Note that the company plans annual closure periods, including three weeks in August and one week during the end-of-year holidays.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Customer Service Representative (m/f)**, you must hold a **Level III qualification (Bac +2**

- BTS, DUT or equivalent), demonstrating a solid academic foundation to understand the challenges of customer relations.

We are looking for a collaborator with an excellent **sense of service** and natural **interpersonal skills**, capable of advising our clients with professionalism and empathy. Your **rigor** and listening skills will be decisive assets to ensure the satisfaction of our contacts and establish a climate of lasting trust.

Proficiency in **office software** as well as a real appetite for teamwork are essential to succeed in your daily missions within Actual.
