## **The role**

**The Actual group** is opening a position for an **Account Manager (M/F).**

**Travel to be expected:** *In Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France and the Grand-Est region.*

**Actual Experts** safely delegates highly qualified professionals for high-stakes interventions: trained and certified rope access technicians and divers, interventions throughout the national territory, construction, industry, civil engineering, marine and specific environments.

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will work across several regions to develop commercial activity and guarantee service quality for our clients and temporary workers.

### In this role, you will be required to stay overnight away from home

**Develop your client portfolio**

- Prospect and win new clients.
- Develop local partnerships and represent the company in your territory.
- Identify company needs and propose adapted recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and ensure their finalization.
- Build loyalty in your portfolio through local support.

**Recruit and retain talent**

- Identify, select and recruit the best profiles.
- Conduct recruitment interviews.
- Present opportunities to candidates and support them in their professional journey.
- Ensure the satisfaction and retention of temporary workers.

**Ensure mission follow-up**

- Carry out job site visits and analyze client needs.
- Guarantee the smooth running of missions and the satisfaction of both companies and temporary workers.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement the necessary actions to achieve objectives.

**Participate in agency life**

- Work in collaboration with local teams.
- Share information and best practices.
- Actively participate in the commercial development of the agencies in your sector.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Profile sought**

- Do you have a strong commercial temperament? Do you have initial experience in a similar position or do you come from the construction sector, as a rope access technician? Then this position is for you!
- You enjoy challenges, human contact, have strong negotiation skills and like to take initiative.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to manage several missions in parallel with rigor and organization.
- Knowledge of the sector, SETT (Difficult Access Works) or temporary work would be a real plus.
